Before we tour the factory....
We need to discuss how we source our raw materials. We call this section ‘Prior to Arriving’.
Raw materials are only purchased from the best suppliers, each one being approved by us to supply raw materials following in depth questionnaires, audits and rigours analysis. Specifications are based on very stringent and mostly human grade standards or above.
Using our own refrigerated transport to maintain the highest quality conditions, we collect the meats and bring them back to our production site here in Lancashire, England where they undergo extensive quality testing before being used in our tasty recipes.
